Melrose Game Jam

Wednesday, December 14 - Sunday, December 18, 2022, 5 p.m.

Want to make a video game? The Melrose Game Jam is the perfect opportunity to try it out! A "game jam" is an event that challenges developers to create a video game from scratch to a playable prototype in a short period of time. Join us for the information session on December 14 to learn the theme and find a team or take on the challenge solo! All games must be built between Wednesday, December 14, 5 p.m., and the showcase on Sunday, December 18, 12 p.m.  During the showcase at the OCLS Gaming Expo on Sunday, December 18, 1-5 p.m., the public will get to play the games and vote on the winners! If you've never made a game before, you may want to check out the game development events available in December before the game jam. This event is recommended for ages 16 and up. GLHF!
