Early Voting at the Library for the 2022 Primary Election

Early Voting

Ten OCLS Branch locations will host early voting for the 2022 Early Voting Primary Election from Monday, August 8 to Sunday, August 21, 2022 (9 a.m. – 7 p.m.)*: Alafaya, Chickasaw, Fairview Shores, Hiawassee, South Creek, Southeast, Southwest, Washington Park, West Oaks, and Winter Garden.

Election Day Voting

Fairview Shores, Southeast Branch, and Southwest Branch will be polling locations for assigned precincts on August 23 from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.*

Parking

Parking will be more congested during this time. Parking at Southwest Branch for early voting will be offsite this year. A shuttle system will be used to accommodate library customers and voters to and from offsite parking to Southwest Branch. Signs will direct voters where to park. Southwest Branch voters can park at the following designated locations:

• Monday-Friday at the Dr. Phillips YMCA (NW corner of Wallace Road & Dr. Phillips Blvd)
• Saturday & Sunday at the Boulevard Professional Center/BPC (NC corner of Harlie Street & Dr. Phillips Blvd)

Please plan for the variations in Florida weather when coming to vote:

• Bring raincoat/umbrella
• Bring a portable chair
• Bring sunscreen 
• Bring snacks
