Why is my PIN invalid?


The PIN you are entering may not match the PIN we have in our records.

If you have forgotten your PIN and have an e-mail address listed in your library card account, click on the “Forgot your PIN?” link located on the library card login screen to create a new PIN. If you don’t have an e-mail address in your library card account, or you’re not sure if you do, please contact the Library at (407) 835-7323.
