Melrose Center Studio Reservation Requests

As the contact person for the Melrose Center studio or equipment reservation request, you must be present for the duration of the session and ensure that all users follow the Terms of Use and Library Rules of Conduct.

Cancellation Information

Any studio or equipment reservation must be cancelled no later than 2 full business days prior to the reservation date to avoid the Late Cancellation fine. For instance, if an appointment is for Friday, the cancellation must be made no later than 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday. These same rules apply for weekend days as we are open 7 days. If cardholder is late after the first 15 minutes of reservation time, access to the studio or equipment will not be granted, and the Late Cancellation fine will be assessed.

Note: If you are expecting a guest, you must greet them and check them in at the Melrose Center front desk. Library staff will not alert users of guest arrival. Users must participate in the check in and out procedures at the scheduled start and end times.

Setup, breakdown and clean-up are built into the reservation time. We highly recommend you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time. Studio must be restored back to its original condition by the end of the reservation time. There is no grace period.
