Not your father’s library: ebooks and other electronic items a big hit among library patrons

In 2019, the Orange County Library System saw patrons check out 2.3 million electronic versions of magazines, audio books, movies, television shows, including a record one million ebooks. That’s a nearly 15% jump from 2018.
