How long can I borrow a kit?
The loan period is 21 days with up to 5 automatic renewals available. Items currently cannot be reserved for home delivery or branch pickup.

Home Delivery
Items that are eligible for request are delivered to your home for free. You can make requests from our catalog, in person at any branch, or over the phone by calling 407.835.7323.

What are the lending rules for the Libraries with Heart blood pressure monitor kits?

Can blood pressure monitor kits be reserved for home delivery or branch pick up?
Due to the nature of the pilot program, you must visit the selected locations in person to check out a kit.

Where will my Books By Mail be delivered during the branch refresh?
If you pick up your holds at a specific branch, please contact the Questline () to indicate whether you’d like to pick up your items at another branch or switch to home delivery during the course of your location’s closure.
