I cannot view my checked-out items…I get a “page cannot be displayed” error.

If you have successfully logged in to your library card account and get a “page cannot be displayed” error when you click on # items checked out, try refreshing your browser. You can refresh your browser by hitting the F5 key or by clicking on Refresh in your browser window.

If refreshing your browser does not work, try viewing your account in another browser: for example Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.
